Which insurance companies do you work with?
We accept most insurance policies. Please see our “insurance” section of our website for a complete list of the insurance companies we are in network with. If your company is not listed, we are happy to check your benefits and bill for maximum possible coverage. We do not work with any Medicaid or Medicare state policies.
Do you validate parking?
Unfortunately, we are unable to validate parking. The most convenient parking is located in our building or at Pacific Place. Entrances to both garages are on 6th avenue, north of Pine Street. The Medical Dental Building Garage entrance will be on your left, and Pacific Place on your right.
Does my ride have to check in with me?
Yes, a ride is required to check in with every patient undergoing general IV sedation – at the time of check in. We do not make exceptions to this policy.
Can we take an uber/taxi afterward, if needed?
Once ready to leave our office, a ride-share or taxi is allowed to be taken. Taking the bus, or walking are not allowed as we want to ensure the transfer home is as safe and smooth as possible.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, money order, and all major credit cards. We also accept Care Credit.
When should I pay for my portion of treatment?
All payment for the estimated out-of-pocket portion, and private paying patients are accepted at the time of check-in on the day of the procedure.
Do you accept payment plans?
For payment plans, we offer a financing program called CareCredit. Once the patient and/or borrower are approved for the requested amount, we offer the first six months without interest. Payments are then paid directly to CareCredit after the initial payment is made to our office with your CareCredit card and information. The contact information for CareCredit is www.carecredit.com.
